Arlene Zeichner helps organizations leverage the power of information and technology. 

Her work with nonprofits focuses on digital transformation, particularly in the areas of digital fundraising, content distribution on the mobile web and OTT, online learning, and communications, with an eye to social media. She works with clients to revamp their digital initiatives, and frequently assesses and helps clients tune-up their email, content distribution, online learning, database development and digital advertising practices. Her clients include public media entities as well as nonprofits in multiple verticals including social services, botanical gardens and health and wellness.

Zeichner also supports entertainment, consumer electronics and technology companies exploring or already engaged in the convergence of media and technology. She has many years of experience in entertainment, new business models, market analysis and emerging technologies. Zeichner also has deep expertise in cable TV and mobile delivery platforms. With her experience in content production, business development and technology enablement, she offers a unique and valuable perspective on video content exploitation via multiple platforms to multiple devices.

Her for-profit consulting clients span the spectrum of media players, including production, distribution and financing entities: studios, cable channels, consumer electronics companies, out of home network providers, production and post-production companies, VCs, web-based ventures, and advertising agencies. Zeichner has helped senior executives develop strategies for entering new markets, craft long-term strategies and retool existing ones to respond to market shifts. She has written marketing plans, financial and investor-oriented business plans and evaluated media investment opportunities for VCs.

She led film and television content alliances for Intel, was Vice President, Programming and Business Development at Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment and managed film acquisitions for Fox. She holds a BA from New York University, an MA from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia University.
