KCET, the nation’s largest independent public television station, serves Southern and Central California. On air, online and in the community, KCET plays a vital role in the cultural and educational enrichment of the 2.2 million viewers and 11 diverse counties it serves.

Acted as digital advisor to KCET, crafting two plans. The first, devoted to digital distribution, included an assessment of the library, rights availability, current distribution initiatives and a competitive market analysis. The analytical results were incorporated into a go-forward strategy. The second plan, devoted to digital fundraising, included an assessment of fundraising-related email practices, mobile web initiatives, crowdfunding and social media. The results were employed to develop a three-year digital fundraising plan.
